Connect is delighted to have been
selected as an accredited supplier
under three categories of the
OGCbuying.solutions’ Specialist
Solutions, Catalist Framework
Agreement. This will allow Connect to
supply a wide range of IT services and
IT solutions to the public sector,
including central and local government
authorities, police, health and
education bodies.
Connect has been a supplier under
OGCbuying.solutions' S-Cat and GTC
brands since 2002; these frameworks
are now being incorporated under the
new Catalist brand which has been
designed to replace elements of the
older frameworks as they expire. Under
the Specialist Solutions Catalist
Framework, Connect has won a three
year agreement to provide consultancy
and support services in respect of Web
Design and Content Management
Solutions, Web Hosting Solutions and e-
Transactions Solutions.
Catalist provides UK public sector
customers with frameworks of pre-
tendered suppliers across a range of
solutions and services, reducing the
duration and complexity of the public
sector purchasing process, whilst
offering ease of ordering and
competitive fee rates.
Carole Boardman, Connect’s Public
Sector Director, says: “As a long-
standing supplier through S-Cat, we
are delighted to be included within
the new Specialist Solutions, Catalist
Framework Agreement.
“Over the last few years, we have
enjoyed a strong relationship with
OGCbuying.solutions and our S-Cat
clients, and we look forward to building a
similar relationship with new Catalist
customers. This new framework
agreement will enable us to reinforce
our position as a leading supplier of
high-quality, value for money web
technologies and services to the
public sector.”
